Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Grade: D/E

Salary: £26,505 - £32,976 p.a.

You will assist the Audit and Assurance Manager in the provision of an effective audit service. This will include providing support in the development and delivery of an audit plan and audit and assurance reviews of all major systems.

CCAB qualified (preferably CIPFA)/IIA, you should have post qualification experience gained in an internal control/audit environment that includes taking audits from brief stage to completion and carrying out post audit reviews. Articulate and self motivated you will be equally happy working as part of a team or on your own.

Experience of working in local government would be an advantage as would CPD registration.
